Amazon refusing to reactivate my account

Hi,

Do any of you guys know how to reactivate my amazon seller account? I initially started my 1st amazon account but decided to close it since I didnt know what to sell, so I clicked the “close account” option and thought nothing of it. A little bit past and I want to start selling again but amazon would not allow me to use the 1st account, and I even asked them to reopen it but I couldnt. I decided to open a new amazon account and 3 months go past and they decided to close my 2nd amazon account because of my 1st account getting deactivated so I guess ban evasion? I have no idea how to appeal as ive tried to for the past month. Any tips?
