Amazon related account issue
I have an Amazon seller account. All my verifications were successful a year ago, but I didn’t start selling because I was creating my own brand to sell on Amazon. Suddenly, my account got disconnected because they are saying that I have an account related to me. At first, I didn’t understand which account they were referring to. So, I told Amazon that I don’t know this shop and it’s not related to me. However, they rejected my letter.
After a week, I found out that this account belongs to my friend, and we both shared the same Wi-Fi when he created his Amazon account. Amazon rejected his account when submitting documents, so he never verified his account, and he stopped logging into his Amazon account. I already mentioned this in a PDF and sent all the details to Amazon. They rejected that as well. I told my friend to delete his Amazon account. He says that it will take 10 days to delete. Now, I am waiting for that account to be deleted. What should I do next to get back my account?
how can i contact amazon customer service? (when i try to contact they inform that i should appeal instead of contact them)
Should i delete my account after my friend delete his account to resolve this issue & create a new account? (because they keep rejecting my appeal)
Please help.
