Amazon removed all my products due to slow FBM fulfillment. Is there any way to get it back?

As the title states, amazon has made all my 5 listing inactive because my fulfilment was slow. I really didn’t think it was that bad as I ship almost everyday and have for the past 5 years. As a one man show there will sometimes be emergencies or times when I am away but I usually put it on vacation mode. I didn’t get any notification about this from amazon I just notcied one day I haven’t made any sales.

The only option they seem to be offering is to either convert to FBA or delete the listing. At this point I am feeling like it might be worth deleting my account and listings? I sell on Etsy and my website and I get a lot fewer returns and misculated shipping costs through them. But is it worth loosing such a big distributer? I don’t even know if re-listing is an option on Amazon

Has anyone else dealt with this issue or recommend next steps?
