Amazon Rep Directed Me to Phone-Sex Line

Amazon is falsely accusing me of IP violation on an item I sold over a decade ago. The listing apparently stayed up when it should have disappeared back then. I bought the item in 2008 & sold it in 2014. One rep wrote the following: “Ths is the number for SELLER CENTRAL CS – 1800-419-7355 (toll-free)”. When I dial this number, I get “America’s hottest talk line”. I don’t understand why they would direct me to a phone-sex line. Is there any explanation for this? Chatting with Amazon reps is like talking to a brick wall.
