Amazon Sales in Mexico Marketplace

About 6-8 months ago Amazon automatically enrolled me in selling on the Brazilian and Mexico marketplaces. I thought I’ll see how it goes and let my listings be a part of those two marketplaces. I checked in this week and every payment I had was negative. One payment period I had MX$2,500 in product sales. Then I had to pay a subscription fee and “other fees”. I ended up owing Amazon.com.mx money. Every payment period has been this way with fees out weighing sales and I owe Amazon.com.mx. Needless to say I unenrolled in the Mexico and Brazil marketplaces. Has anyone else experienced this in the Amazon.com.mx marketplace?
