Amazon Seller Central Stole My Email Address
I need some SERIOUS answers. I’ve been a seller on Amazon for over 7 yrs. 5 days ago I learned my email address associated with my seller’s account was gone. When I try to log on it tells me there’s no such account with that email. So I can’t log on to open a ticket. The buying side of Amazon’s customer support tells me they have no way of contacting the seller side so they can’t help me. My Amazon store is still active and people are placing orders, but I’m not receiving messages nor am I able to reach out to these customers. I placed an order myself to see what happens. The order goes through without issue but as the seller, I’m not receiving messages of sales. I’M SO LOST. Can anyone help me or offer advice? Every time I try to contact the buying side of amazon I just get the same form letter with a different customer service agent’s name. They keep telling me to sign on and open a ticket… BUT I CAN’T SIGN ON!! What don’t they understand? I’m desperate and don’t know what to do. No phone help, no email help…WTF
