Amazon seller struggles. High Views, Low Conversions – What’s wrong with my listing?

My wife and I designed a card game that helps new and expecting parents discover new baby names and also helps them narrow down their choices to a name they both love. We launched it on Amazon (ASIN: B0DHQZMKC2) about 3 weeks ago and are struggling to gain traction.

We’ve been running PPC ads for the past 3 weeks.
We’ve lowered the price to drive early sales.
We’ve made a very limited number of sales.
We’re planning to start advertising on Facebook and Instagram this week.

I think we’re having trouble getting our product in front of the right audience on amazon (keywords: baby shower, baby shower gifts, wedding gifts, games for couples etc…)
Amazon Ad impressions for the past 3 weeks are 120,000, 203 Clicks.

We’re looking for any advice on how to increase sales:
Listing Optimization: Are there any areas where our product listing could be improved (images, descriptions, keywords)?
