Amazon Seller Support Sucks
I can’t update my deposit method so I have no money coming in at all thanks to amazon. There is a glitch where it says “We sent a email to verify it’s you” etc… but the email is never sent. I have contacted support on the same ticket through phone calls, the chat service, emails, etc and still no resolve at all… It has been 20 days now since I made the case and absolutely nothing. Can anyone shed some light on this and share a similar experience where the case was actually resolved and it just took some time? Because I am starting to believe amazon will never fix my issue and I will be out thousands of dollars.
