Amazon Selling Rejected

My application for selling on amazon was rejected and I receive this message.

“We are unable to verify the documents you provided. As a result, you may not sell on Amazon. We cannot give you more information about this matter, and we may not reply to further e-mails about this decision”

I’ve never sold on Amazon and I 100% sent MY valid documents and personal information they needed. Why do I keep getting rejected?
