Amazon shipped me a Canon Megatank printer previously used by another customer where ink has exploded everywhere.
Mad doesn’t describe this.
Bought a Canon G3270 Mega tank printer.
Arrived 2 days later.
I goto open it to find ink everywhere. I assumed one of the 4 bottles exploded or leaked.
I open the printer and can see the ink containers are already installed as is the print head.
I can imagine how a used printer that uses ink as a consumable can be labelled as new and resellable by Amazon.
We can’t wait the 14 days they quoted for a refund as we need a printer immediately this week for a job. They won’t even offer to exchange.
We have ink that has permanently stained our quarts counter tops as a result.
Just makes zero sense to reship inkjet printers. They obviously have people using the printers and then fraudulently returning them before the refund period is over.
