Amazon shipping lost item

Hi

I shipped on time with Amazon Shipping Service (amazon own shipping) but it has not delivered in 2 weeks and customer got the refund. So do i have to file Safe-T or claim with amazon shipping Services. I doubt if amazon shipping will start investigate and if they found the order they will deliver to the buyer and i will lost both or better deal with safe-t . I already won two safe t with missed delivery already but to many safe-T claim will flag any issues to the account ?
