Amazon support
Have any of you found someone outside of Amazon support to bring a grievance to when you’ve exhausted all options with Amazon support? I’ve had a case open about my charge method for MX for a month. All I keep getting for a response is please be patient. This morning I look and they deleted the case showing pending Amazon action. Now they are back to blaming my bank which was established was not the issue.
