Amazon support told me to delete my listing for 24 hours, now I have all sorts of issues

Has anyone been told by Amazon to delete your listing for 24 hours? This was to help with some minor parent child relationship issue.

I was, and now I have no rank – can’t edit my images, title, description etc.

And chat are not helpful in knowing what’s going on.

Anyone been here and seen this and know how I can fix it?
