Amazon is refusing to issue refund for professional service fees which is roughly $100 per month for 2 months in which my account status was temporarily switched to Dormant/Inactive.
The support staff managing my ticket keeps giving me the run around with various reasons, including answers not even related to my case/question.
Their rationale was “you are being charged for these months because you subscribed to the service”
I’m being billed for services that I could not utilize even if I wanted to, since they changed my account status to dormant. I would really like to escalate this since the support staff is not being helpful at all.
Does anyone else think they’re within their rights to bill for services I could not utilize since my account was deactivated by them?
