amazon took my insurance money

I used Amazon to sell some TVs that were FBM. I purchased labels thru Amazon and purchased insurance. Two of the units were damaged and I filed claims that were approved. I received one check but didn’t receive the other check. I contacted UPS and they say that they sent the other check to Amazon. Has anyone dealt with this before? How do I get my funds?
