Another A-Z Question
So, I have been doing FBA for years now, but we recently started going FBM. We don’t do a huge amount of FBM but a couple of orders a day, usually. Well, we had an A-Z claim filed by one of our customers because UPS lost the package and it hadn’t arrived yet. I responded to Amazon, I issued a refund and hopefully, everyone is happy.
Well, how long before Amazon stops completely throttling my sales? Did 0 yesterday. Clicks were way down, and not a thing today. I am assuming its related to this since nothing else has changed.
