Any Solution for Bulk Update Bullet Points in 60 listings

I am currently manually updating 63 products one by one, i am tasked to update the bullet points and images, is there any efficient way to bulk update them.

Also i am in UK, and the Product edit page seems to be very slow to update / load in the uk anyine else havign this issue
