Anyone ever had a listing with an unchangeable category/seller support won’t change?

Hi there! New to selling on Amazon and I want to take advantage of category book rankings as I would place decently in my niche. I sell a kid’s gardening picture book I wrote. The problem is my listing has a grayed out category in the listing details that I cannot change. It actually only lists it as “Books>Books” which is crazy general/default? Idk lol.

I have sent quite a few requests for Seller support to change to the correct browse node, but I get a message that it has been denied “due to listing details and how customers find the product” or something to that effect. Any ideas how to change this or what they mean by listing details? My product is 10000% in the category so I just don’t know what they’re asking for me to change. It’s crazy how vague and unhelpful they are. Hoping y’all have some more practical advice! Thanks!
