Anyone here receive IP complaints for selling Garnier Skin previously on Amazon?

I am considering purchasing Garnier Skin to resell on Amazon FBA/FBM. I am concerned, however, after seeing on SellerAmp that the brand has IP Issues Suspected with it.

I am seeing many 3rd party sellers on the product, more FBM rather than FBA. I am curious to see if anyone has sold Garnier Skin before.

Also if you read this and found it relatable in a situation you’ve been before with a product you were selling suspected for IP Issues according to SellerAmp/Keepa – how’d it turn out for you? Did you receive IP complaints?
