Anyone sell their own packaged goods in California? Was wondering about extra certifications/licenses. The product is a Protein Powder Mix

I’m trying figure out if there are any other hurdles to getting my product on Amazon to sell. I created the packaging the formula myself. Its basically a Protein Powder Mix. Some examples are listed below but I have no idea of the process of getting them.

Non-GMO Certification: Verifies that your ingredients are not genetically modified.

Gluten-Free Certification: If applicable, a gluten-free certification can appeal to people with gluten sensitivities. Organic Certification: If your ingredients are organic, getting USDA Organic certification can increase trust and appeal. Third-Party Lab Testing: Displaying that your product has undergone independent testing for safety, purity, and quality. Allergen-Free Certifications: If your product is free of common allergens like dairy or nuts, this certification will increase consumer confidence.
