Applying for EBC

Question – I have an active listing with a product that is listed as Generic, however, I have just filed a Trademark for my brand and was wondering if I can now apply for EBC on Amazon and add extra infographics into my listing? Or is that not possible due to the product being listed as Generic? I am about to order 3 more products with my brand (PL) and will add the current product into the brand once the generic brand sells out.
