Approved fba items showing out of stock

Im new to amazon seller and just had my first FBA order pass inspection. My inventory is still showing the item ” out of stock” Am i missing a step for my product to be seen? They sent a link showing the items, but they are also an already existing item so unsure mine in fact can be purchased
