approved to sell brand but not category its in

Noob here so excuse the question but as per the title, i’m approved to sell a brand but not category its in.

My product has arrived i’ve taken photos and sent appropriate information such as invoice as well.

My account is approved to sell the brand but my account is still waiting to be approved for the category it is in.

Going forward to make it easier next time what do i need to do differently?
