Are used product authenticity claims possible?

Hi, I’ve bought a few things from charity shops that have a ROI of about 1000%! But the receipts dont actually say what I bought, so I can’t prove I bought them never mind that they are authentic. Would my account be at risk if a customer or brand registered seller reported it as counterfeit?

The receipt says something like “puzzle £3” for example
