Our office ends up full of Amazon customer returns, with no seller address on it, and no idea where these items are supposed to go. It seems as though our clients are using our registered agent address for returns? Can we direct them to use their own address? Does Amazon offer a return address service we can direct them to? We got busted Amazon box with a futon inside of it returned to us the other day. We’re a registered agent office, not an Amazon seller, and in no way responsible for handling Amazon returns.
