As an Amazon seller, can a product go viral or is someone scamming me by buying the same product over and over again using different names and addresses?

I’ve been doing really well lately as an independent small business owner on Amazon. However, most of my sales today was of one particular product all with the same colour. I am wondering if this is some kind of scam or did one of my products just go viral. All the buyers are of different names and addresses all within Canada.

This all seems too good to be true. What are your thoughts and experiences.
