Authenticity issue

Hello Everyone

Recently we got an authenticity complain. We submitted the invoice from our supplier and the letter of authorization issued to our supplier which states my supplier is authentic supplier and he’s authorized to sell the products. Amazon rejected the invoice stating they can’t verify the supplier. I submitted the invoices and letter of authorization again and it was rejected again stating they don’t have enough information. Can you guys help me with it?
