AWD Reimbursements?

Hello Everyone,

I use AWD and routinely ship product (replenish) from AWD to FBA. I’ve noticed large discrepancies in product shipped and received.

Has anyone had luck getting reimbursed for lost replenishment inventory, from AWD to FBA? There’s no BoL available for these replenishment shipments, which makes reimbursements difficult. I’ve asked Seller Support a bunch of times for the BoL, but they say bc it’s a non-partnered carrier they can’t help. Gahhh!!!!
