Hello, this isn’t specific to Amazon FBA, but considering a lot of you use 3 PLs i thought it would be helpful to post here.
I have a small company i operate out of NV selling products, but my current inventory is stored at my parents house in California. The LLC was formed in CA, then I moved to NV. I was told by a tax pro that because my inventory is in CA, CA is thereby a nexus and it doesn’t matter if i reform the LLC in NV, i’ll still be paying CA taxes. With that said – i need a 3 PL in NV.
Does anyone here use a 3 PL in NV that will take on a small company that isn’t moving massive volume? The orders would go out in bulk to customers – i’d fulfill small orders myself to avoid those 3 PL costs on that front.
– the goal is to avoid paying high CA taxes and have a 3 PL manage 99% of my inventory (large orders) while i fulfill the rest out of my apartment in LV.
If there’s another solution to, i’m all ears!
Appreciate the help!
