Best seller-central report for book-keeping?

Our bookkeeper is looking for an Amazon seller central EU report that they can use that shows: Gross sales / VAT charged / Referral fee / Shipping fees / advertising charges. I can’t seem to find this report in Amazon EU seller central, either for individual markets or pan EU. Does anybody have any tips?
