BFCM Discounts On Another Site Triggering Loss of Featured Offer

I’ve always struggled to phrase this problem which is why it’s hard for me to find out if it’s been asked before. We are a brand owned product line that sells on both Amazon and other websites like Walmart and Chewy.

Chewy does a price following of our Amazon listings. We are running a Black Friday Cyber Monday sale on Amazon and Chewy is seeing the discounted price and then adjusting their sale price to match our promotional price. Therefore triggering Amazon to take away our featured offer. Is this avoidable? Or is it simply impossible to run promotional sales if your product is listed by other entities?
