Brand Approval for Existing Product on Amazon

Hello,

Has anyone recently received a third party brand approval in beauty category. We are trying to get approval to sell existing beauty products for a particular brand and have provided the invoice and details required by Amazon. However, the system within seconds of sending the request is rejecting the application. Spoke to the rep and he said something wrong with the system and wait for 24-48 hours before submitting the approval again. Was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue and what’s the best way to get approval. Appreciate your help.
