Brand approval with brand name on box

I have a private product that I want to list. I got a custom box made on it with the brand name permanently afixiated but denied Brand approval from amazon. Any tips on this ? Are there any best practices for fotos to work ? Do I need anything else printed on the box other than the brand name ? I thought I would add the extra information of needed via stickers . Any help is appreciated
