Brand name items listed as Generic?

I noticed a lot of listings like this. And they would be profitable for me and my items are authentic but it have a feeling selling on this listings would be risky?

What do you guys think. I am still new at this. Also noticed people selling brand name item with a generic accessory. Is this to prevent other people from listings the item?
