Brand Registry question

Good evening all.
Have this new account that im using for food and grocery. Have been frustrated getting unrated and food and grocery. Need to feel at ease from this whole process been very annoying. Im launching a brand and haven’t done the brand registry (waiting for inventory to come in for the brand registry), and in the meantime have been trying to get ungated in food and grocery.
My question:
When I do brand registry and link it to my food and grocery account, will it automatically ungate me in food and grocery? If I don’t, is it easier to ungate then going through traditional OA methods?
