Brand registry rejection – words letters symbols unaccepted

After a huge rigmarole of brand approval appeals (one market accepted the rest not) I have finally lodged my trademark and bow when applying to brand registry it gets rejected. I used the same photos I did for brand approval!

“Your mark contains words, symbols or letters that are unaccepted. As a reminder trademarks cannot be generic; they cannot contain a website domain, and if the trademark status is pending, the mark cannot contain a registered trademark symbol”

PLEASE can someone help. I seriously dont know how amazon has any sellers period, all I want to do is list some products and Ive paid for trademark and now I can’t even use it for amazon which was the purpose!
