Branding without trademark
Hello people of reddit. I´m planning on selling on Amazon, and for my product I would like to make a custom packaging with the name of my “”brand”” (not registered). So, I was wondering if I can tell Amazon the product is generic but the box and the product would have like, my brand name and a custom logo perhaps. I do understand that if I put a name that is registered, I can get sued . But I searched on databases and found that the name isnt patented.
