Bulk listing upload template/ what existing inventory report is most similar?

I’d like to try uploading a bunch of listings in bulk using the listing template. However, I wondered if I can get a download of existing inventory, that will help me see which fields contain what info, to use as a sample for entering new product listings.

I’m hoping that there is an inventory report download that will fill in many of the listing template upload data file. Any ideas how to make this as painless as possible would be appreciated
