Buyer claimed box was stolen

The buyer claimed they had video of the box stolen from their porch and wanted a refund. I told them to enter a claim with Amazon and file a police report if they had video evidence. They filed A-Z and Amazon refunded them but deducted it from my account. I shipped FBM and used Amazon shipping. Should I be charged? Can I dispute the charge to my account?
