Buyer claims item was never delivered
I got a message about a buyer that wanted a refund since he said the item was not delivered. I checked the tracking number and it said it was delivered October 11th. Along with the tracking number, the website link showed several photos of the package delivered on his doorstep.
I can’t seem to find an Amazon help number, does anyone know what I can do as the seller?
