Buyer wants to return an item for missing parts which weren’t missing, since the item has window box packaging which would show this.

So I sell collectible figures for years without issue at conventions and ebay. I sell around around a thousand items outside of amazon and maybe 3-5 items a year on amazon and this is my first return on Amazon ever and first for such an ‘issue’. The buyer is claiming that the item arrived with missing parts, which isn’t possible, it has a window at the front which shows most of the parts they are claiming are missing and the item was checked when i recieved it and when it was sent, so it’s not even the case that I could have missed it.

So it seems they are trying to scam me which is something people have pulled on ebay , but never so blatantly. Is there anything I can do in this case since I’ve heard Amazon is notoriously difficult with returns for sellers.
