buying an Amazon fba business?

My friend has been selling on Amazon for almost 5 years now. she’s getting ready to retire. She grosses 10k per month, she says and she’s just going to walk away. She says nobody will buy her business because it’s physical products.

I’m ready to quit my job and considering to offer to buy her business. I know I’d be trading for another job, I’m not looking for passive income.

Is Amazon fba dead? Would you buy someone’s store? Is it even possible? I’ve never heard of this before yesterday, so be gentle with the dopslaps please..
