Buying from a 3PL

Hello all,

I recently ran into an old friend whom owns a 3PL company. He just sent me a list of brand name electronics with great pricing. I’m a little concerned this may be too good to be true. Has anybody ever worked with 3PLs to buy their products and resell on Amazon? Obviously I know there are several products that are restricted for re-sale, I’m just wondering if a 3PLs invoice will be accepted by Amazon. I appreciate the advice and feedback, let me know what y’all think.
