Buying OA from amazon then reselling it back to amazon fba ?

Hi i just wanted to know if there was any rules regarding flipping from amazon to resell back on amazon ? Does amazon implement anything on there end to stop you from doing it ?

I just don’t want to get in trouble if i do this.

I read somewhere that you can’t send items to your house via prime and then send it back out to your fba. Do you need an amazon business account ?
