Calculating Profit/Loss on an ASIN in a year

First time seller in 2023. I got 1099K . I wanted to know if there is a script or or an easy way to calculate profit and loss on a specific asin or all under the account based on the various reports I can download from Amazon? Of course I have to feed the cost of the products sent to Amazon.

I know there are sites I can subscribe to but I am not interested to subscribe yet. Any help is appreciated.
