Can a new seller sell Electronics?

Hi, First of all, I am a newbie, so be gentle please.

I’ve sold in the past in E-bay, but I want to try to sell also on Amazon, and I think it’s a good time for it because I have gotten from electronic store that sold amount of electronics in great deals, which I want to publish on Amazon, and I got few questions.

Will I be able to sell electronics at upto 1k$ for first sales?

What proccess should I do before I can start selling?

Are there any guides or steps that you can reffer me to please?
