Can anyone help?

I’ve just made an Amazon seller account lastnight but it won’t let me get any further onto the app now as it says. “ Thankyou for sharing your information. We have received your information and may reach out to you for further clarification within 2 business days.” Is this the normal process before you can get into the app and start selling ? Thanks
