Can I brand rocks and minerals on seller central.

Hey everyone! I am selling rocks and minerals on amazon and i would love to start a brand selling these items. I dont think there is a brand attached to them already so i dont need approval from any other brand. I know they come from peru, brazil, and other like countries but i have no clue where or who the manufacturer is. Will i run into problems creating a brand with these products being sold? Thanks!
