Can I function without QuickBooks?

Since godaddy isn’t no more, I’ve had a real hard time getting QuickBooks setup (tried converting and there’s so much extra crap). Everything seems to be so expensive subscription wise where godaddy was a flat 10 bucks. All I ever used them for was to track the sales and make a schedule c end of the year.

Is it easier to not have any of this software and just pull Amazon reports end of year to create this?is there anything else that can import FBA and do simple accounting that isn’t super expensive?
