Can I include a hand in my main product photo?

Hi all, sorry in advance if this is a dumb question! I’m a new seller and had a quick question that I can’t seem to find the answer to via Google.

I understand that your main image must be of the product only on a plain white background but…. are you allowed to include a hand holding the product? For example, let’s say the product is a business card – can my main image be a hand holding the business card, all on a plain white background? Or would that flag my listing and potential get it taken down?

The main concern I have is conveying the size of my product in the main image. A photo of me holding it with my hand would provide buyers with an easy way to understand the sizing.
